Along the same lines of service, C. Goshy Enterprises, Inc., the commercial division, builds community recreation centers, including pools and playgrounds; subdivision entry monuments, as well as lake amenities, extensive landscaping, and stone walls.
Recently, Goshy Enterprises completed two golf course clubhouses, one located in Kingwood and another in Humble named World Houston. In recent years, specialized recreation facilities are being developed for age-qualified adults. Completed in late 2007 is a 12,000 sq.ft. recreation center considered to be a "hub of fun." Located in League City, The Village at Tuscan Lakes is a gated community with single-family homes for age-qualified 55+ adults, offering a a resort-style clubhouse including a fitness center, banquet hall, game rooms, computer room, arts and crafts room, as well as an amazing outdoor recreation area and pool.
